1. Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes! Sellers are required to upload accurate images of their products. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting or screen differences.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Once your order is completed, you can access your receipt under your Account Dashboard > Order History. A copy is also emailed to you.

How can I return an item?

Returns are accepted based on the seller’s return policy. Visit Orders & Returns in your account to initiate a return request.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Restocking depends on individual sellers. You can click “Notify Me” on the product page to receive updates when it's available again.
